2. Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees. Taxes and shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.

    • Return Window: You may return unused and unopened products within 15 days of receipt.

 

    • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

    • Exchanges: We offer exchanges for different sizes or styles. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the original item and sending the new item.

 

 

5. Warranty

We offer a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage due to misuse or accidents
  • Improper care or maintenance
  • Alterations or modifications

6. Product Disclaimer

Our gloves are designed to enhance grip and comfort but are not a substitute for proper safety gear. Users should always wear appropriate protective equipment when engaging in activities that pose a risk of injury.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Griplers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Users assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

 

8. Force Majeure

Griplers shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, government restrictions, or disruptions in supply chains.
